At Bee-Free Apparel, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility: You may request a return within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Used, worn, or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, Email us at [email protected] within 10 days of delivery. Include your order number, description of the defect, and a photo showing the issue. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
3. Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. – Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
4. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, Gift cards, Clearance or “final sale” items – Stickers, patches, and challenge coins
5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
